Celebrity Spotlight: Ms. Dilla!
Ms. Dilla is our Bridges room teacher. She is starting her 35th year in teaching. Her hobbies include photography and bird watching. She help students learn not only the ABC's and 123's, but also functional living skills.
Tonight some of our 4th graders went to Phoenix Middle School to learn of all the exciting things about being in middle school. Some even won a prize! If you missed the event tonight, join us at Phoenix on Thursday, March 5!

Students in Ms. Dankmeyer's English Language Arts classes celebrated their publishing party at Camp Write A Lot today! Here they read their stories with a peer, shared feedback to a partner with Star, Star, Wish strategy and enjoyed a S'more's snack by the pretend fire.
Students enjoyed the Higher Impact Entertainment assembly held at Darien today. It had a very positive IMPACT on the students! Take a peak!

This week we are spotlighting Ms. Dankmeyer, 4th grade English Language Arts teacher. She enjoys hiking, camping, doing art, knitting, reading, and baking. Ms. Dankmeyer joined us this summer and we are so happy she is here!

Our students enjoyed the fantastic performers from the Opera for the Young program this morning at Darien. Some of our honor choir students also had the opportunity to perform in the show. Thanks Mrs. Anderson for getting us prepared for the show!
