Course Information:
The objective of Algebra I is for all learners to show proficiency in the understanding and application of integrated topics including: linear functions, equations and inequalities and systems, triangle congruence and proof, geometric applications, and basic statistics. These concepts will be taught and assessed through a variety of assignments, activities, tests and projects. The concepts covered in Algebra I will prepare students to be successful and ready to move on to Geometry. A scientific calculator is required for this course (we recommend the TI-30XIIS or graphing calculator TI-84).
