Over the week, school superintendents from Oklahoma traveled to Wisconsin to learn about our Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Youth Apprenticeship programs in partnership with Gateway Technical College. On Wednesday, October 25th at the Snap-on Tools Headquarters in Kenosha, WI, the DDSD CTE/ACP Coordinator and DD Tech Administrator, Mike Rick, and DD Tech Manufacturing Youth Apprentice, Kaden Lofy, were featured on a panel of employers, economic development associations, technical colleges, and other vital representatives of CTE to discuss CTE and YA programing in Wisconsin.
We are proud to have the opportunity to highlight our outstanding programs and students to everyone that attended!
A huge thank you to Gateway Technical College for organizing the event and a huge thank you to Precision Plus who is providing a phenomenal Youth Apprenticeship experience for Kaden Lofy!
